Frequently asked questions
What should I bring to class?
Please wear your favourite workout gear and grip socks are compulsory for every class. Ô wear grip socks are available for purchase before you class should you need. Please bring a water bottle with you, we have filtered water available should you need to fill your bottle.
When should I arrive?
We run a zero-lateness policy for your safety and out of respect for the people in the room. Doors close and are locked when class starts, so aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled and set up. We reserve the right to offer your spot to anyone on the waitlist within 5 minutes before the class start time.
Do you have changing rooms & showers?
Yes we have changing rooms for you to change. Sadly there are no showers available but we do have complimentary grooming products for you to refresh before or after class should you need.
How many people are in class?
We have an intimate 7 bed reformer studio.
I'm pregnant - what do I need to know?
We always recommend consulting your doctor before attending our classes. It is also recommended to avoid group reformer sessions after the second trimester and do not recommend advance/PÔWER classes if pregnant. Please make sure that you let your instructor know you are pregnant before the start of class so they can make any necessary modifications for you. We advise you to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start time so we can set you up accordingly. For postnatal clients you'll need to be given the go ahead from your GP after your 6-8 week check up before returning to class.
